The $20 Drawing Project — #19

For Nick Miller. Nick wrote, “Can you do something with two elephants and maybe a military theme? Gas masks, planes or tanks, whatever.” I put in an F117 stealth bomber, two elephants in Roman armor, and a WWI (or II?) gas mask. Sort of a history of warfare, I think. Then I added some Shakespeare from his play Coriolanus: “Before him he carries noise, and behind him he leaves tears. Death, that dark spirit, in his nervy arm doth lie, which, being advanced, declines, and then men die.”
